Brief Intro:

YL(G)L series Vertical thermal oil boiler is a heating equipment used in industrial production. The heat transfer oil is used as the heat carrier to force the liquid phase circulation of the heat carrier through the circulating oil pump. Heating high temperature, low pressure, energy-saving equipment, the heating temperature can be as high as 340 ℃. It is energy saving, high efficiency, safety and reliability.

Introduction:

The heating surface of this series thermal oil boiler is reasonably arranged, the organic heat carrier (heat transfer oil) has a long service life, high temperature and low pressure, and can obtain a higher working temperature at a lower operating pressure. The liquid phase transports heat energy. When the temperature is less than 300 °C, the organic heat carrier is 70 to 80 times smaller than the saturated vapor pressure of water, and the pressure-bearing conditions of heat-using equipment can be greatly reduced.

 

In addition, thermal oil boiler has reasonable structure, advanced technology, high thermal efficiency, and has significant energy saving and economic benefits. The biomass heat transfer oil boiler temperature adjustment is accurate and reliable, and it is equipped with complete operation control and safety monitoring. The device has a high degree of automation, at the same time saves energy and reduces consumption. It can be widely used in a variety of industrial heating processes.
