Introduction：
The low-nitrogen vacuum hot water boiler takes advantage of the low boiling point of water under low pressure to rapidly heat the heat medium water filled in the sealed furnace body so that the water boils and evaporates high-temperature water vapor, and the water vapor condenses on the heat exchange tube to heat. Change the cold water in the tube to achieve the purpose of supplying hot water.
This type of boiler is equipped with industrial burners with good technical performance, adopts advanced technologies such as automatic combustion proportional adjustment, automatic adjustment of feed water, automatic operation, etc., and has high and low water level alarms and automatic protections such as low water level and flameout.
This series of boilers is widely used in hotels, hospitals, office buildings, swimming pools, hotels, bath centers, schools, shopping malls,and other facilities.
(a) The vacuum hot water boiler is always under negative pressure (the normal working temperature is lower than 90°C and the vacuum degree is lower than -30KPa), and there is no danger of expansion, explosion and rupture.
(b) One machine has multiple using ways. One boiler can be designed with multiple heat exchangers, which can provide heating, domestic hot water, swimming pool heating, etc.
