◆ During the laser cutting process, due to factors such as uneven workpieces and high-pressure cutting gas injection, the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece surface is not constant, which will have a negative impact on the cutting effect and even damage the nozzle.
◆ FROG-200S distance adjustment box can keep the distance between the nozzle and the workpiece surface constant during high-speed laser cutting, protect the nozzle from colliding with the workpiece, and greatly improve the cutting effect.

◆ Static measurement accuracy is 0.001 mm.
◆ Height measurement range 0-25 mm.
◆ When the length of the amplifier signal transmission cable reaches 100 meters, the signal will not attenuate and has strong anti-interference ability.
◆ Supports network communication, U disk upgrade and network online firmware upgrade.
◆ Supports jitter suppression function, which can effectively suppress jitter caused by air blowing and scum.
◆ Can be adapted to any cutting head and nozzle, and the capacitance parameters are adaptive.

◆ Supports real-time calibration of capacitance, which can effectively solve the impact of temperature and other factors on capacitance sensors.
◆ 16-bit DA output, output voltage (±10V) signal in sensor control mode, or distance measurement mode. Linear height signal with output voltage (0-10V), update cycle 1000 times per second.
◆ 14-bit AD input, detects external analog voltage signal (0V-10V) and adjusts the static distance in real time.
