Brief Intro:

The oil/gas fired mold temperature machine is a new type of boiler. This product is aimed at the disadvantage that the exhaust gas temperature of small thermal oil boiler is too high. The air Pre heater is used to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to about 120°C, and the combustion air temperature to preheat to 100°. Thus, the thermal efficiency can be as high as 95%.

Introduction:

D-type Double-Drum style with compact The mold temperature machine uses oil and gas as fuel, organic heat carrier (conducting oil) as heat transfer medium, and uses circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, transmits heat energy to heating equipment, and then returns to the heating furnace for reheating. Under lower operating pressure (<0.5MPA), higher operating temperature (≤340℃) can be obtained. It is safe, efficient and energy-saving, and is a “low pressure and high temperature” type of high-efficiency and energy-saving heating equipment.

(a) Quick installation: the furnace body, air preheater, gas burner, PLC control system, circulating pump, expansion tank, filter, oil and gas separator, etc. are assembled as a whole, and the gas, electricity, heat transfer oil can be imported and exported;

 

(b) Labor saving: PLC control, one-key operation, unattended, no need for a special stoker;

 

(c) Double coil furnace body: fast flow rate, sufficient output, low resistance, and low heat loss;

(a)  Intelligent control system: multi-function, fast response, stable operation and long life;

 

(b)  Reasonable internal structure: the heat conducting oil flow rate of the double-coil furnace body is large, the flow rate is fast, the circulation rate is high, and the heating time of a single cycle in the furnace body is short, which helps to reduce the temperature difference between the oil output and the oil return, and promotes the internal temperature balance of the heating equipment. While saving gas, it can also effectively slow down the aging phenomena such as carbon deposition and coking.

 

(c) The safety monitoring device and various interlocking controls: fully configured, and the operation is safe and reliable;
