Brief Intro:

Boiler series oil gas fired condensing boiler is a safe and high efficiency (98%) heating equipment with high automation, it is a type of fast assemble boiler with flue gas three pass and wet back structure. It is widely used for industrial production.

Introduction:

D-type Double-Drum style with compact sWNS condensing boiler is using full wet back reverse chamber, the reverse chamber butt welded with the back tube head, which is more reliable. The combustion furnace uses the large diameter full corrugated furnace, because large burning space can make the fuel burn more efficiently. To improve the thermal efficiency, we equip economizer and condenser at the outlet of front smoke chamber.

(a)Advanced technology: full wet back combustion chamber, the back combustion chamber and the rear tube sheet are butted together, the boiler adopts full butt welding, which makes the quality more reliable.

 

(b) Large-diameter corrugated furnace: The boiler combustion chamber is made of a large-diameter furnace, with large combustion space, sufficient fuel combustion, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and large radiation heating surface.

(a)Sufficient heating: The heating area of the boiler is designed and configured according to the design and configuration of ≥25 square meters per steam ton. It can absorb the effective heat, the exhaust gas temperature is low, the heat loss is small, and the efficiency is high.


(b) The sufficient safe precipitation time: the position of the combustion chamber of the boiler is arranged, the water level is determined by the regulations, and the water level fluctuation time requirements of the general standard are strictly followed, and there is a sufficient safe precipitation space to ensure the safe operation.


(c) Convenient maintenance: There are manholes on the top of the boiler, which are convenient for the maintaining and cleaning the equipment in the boiler and the bottom of the boiler.
